Jake had a family birthday party this year, his cousin's came over and we had an Indiana Jones party for him. I just did a little treasure hunt; they had to wrap Jake up like a Mummy, go to the snake pit,dig through monkey brains..(Jello brain mold), and run to the airport hanger(garage) to snatch the treasure before the bad guys took off! They had little bags to collect their loot and had a good time! We had a hot dog bar and cake. Then we opened some presents!! He got some very nice things!including a scooter from Grandma!! Thank you to my family for driving and helping celebrate with him he LOVED IT!!! Even though we got a present with 72 pieces!! UGH and it's his FAV.. of course!! But it was nice, I over did it so I spent the next 2 days in bed but that's life , well for me anyways! we rested and Jesse Prepared for his first day of his new job that he started on Monday. It's going OK so far just learning and reading.. He'll be getting his hands dirty soon!
