Wanted to put up a few things Jake has said to me in the Last 2 days..
During Thanksgiving Dinner after we got our food and sat down Jake was so happy and excited he turned to me and said.. " Mom this is a GREAT date! This is a #1 date, like when you went out with Daddio to see the Vampire movie but that was #2."
After we ate we watched the football game on TV and Demi LoVaTo was on singing the National Anthem and he turns to me and says.. "She's looks like a princess like you Mommy"
Last night I put him in bed and a little bit later he asks for a drink. I go in his room with his drink and finds all kinds of toys in his bed, I asked him how they all got in his bed and with a shrug of his shoulders he says.." Beats me?"
Now you know why I love him so much! This is just the tip of the ice berg! I hope that you have someone like him that brings so much joy to you as he does to me!
Happy Holidays!

When Jake Gives you lemons... Make Lemonade
Today I am feeling very emotional! I am planning our FHE lesson on being grateful and the meaning of Thanksgiving. Not feeling well and I have so much on my mind with friends and family that i can;t control my emotions! I have ALWAYS been a crier but I have fought to control it especially to not be sad in front of Jake! It effects him deeply. But these last few days and church and thinking of family in the upcoming days my tears are coming out! Jake saw me sad and said he wanted to make me feel better so he said he'd give me a present!."close your eyes, and hold out your hands" and in them he placed 2 lemons plucked from our tree in our backyard. So there you have it, When Jake gives you lemons, make lemonade! He is my Hero! My Son! He's always looking on the bright side, happy and can't help but be happy with him or help make him happy! Tells his feelings, tries new things, is himself, is courteous and always thinks of others! Constantly compliments me and he's MINE forever! how blessed I am to be his Mother! It is an honor to fulfill my Duty and teach him and to love him. He is what I am most thankful for in this world! I hope everyone can experience the joy in which he brings me on a daily basis!

Funny, uplifting and RE:"NOT a CRAZY person!"
OK, so ya I am so Random and I am not going to post all my craziness because then I will be more of a crazy person then I have become! But it was ALL for you Jessica! I am so glad my bold, Randomness, "crazy",& reading material was able to help! Actually it helped me too! I totally miss being or more precise trying to be FUNNY! I LOVE to make people laugh! I always think of my Dad! He was so sure I would do stand up like he did! I did it a couple of times in his bar growing up in Vegas but now I am boring and have nothing "funny" to talk about! but today I LOADED up for ya Jes! he thought that I'd either do stand up, acting or singing or more modeling like I did when I was younger that he got me into. I guess my dreams died right along with him in 95. And now I am untrained, not pretty anymore and too boring to do any of those things! Even working in a Salon, my costumers or fellow workers just swarmed around to "hear" what I was going to say this day...In High school I was THE class clown everywhere, bold, out going and just crazy and ready to do ANYTHING! ESPECIALLY make anyone laugh! tonight I was laughing so hard I was crying and I truly think laughter is THE best medicine!!! Guess what Jess.... I have 2 friends NOW!!!!!!! Love ya... keep getting better!!
NEED CAFFENIE!!
OK, since twilight came out this week I feel like it was how it was when I first read the Books!! ( Thanks BREE I LOVE YOU!!!!) i have either been standing in line for 12 hours or staying up all night or waking up WAY early to be 1st in line and let me tell you... DO NOT come over! My house has suffered GREATLY but Alyson I'm looking at the YELLOW Balloons! actually with Jesse being gone over the weekends for work Jake is HATING going to church and his reason today... "I wanna stay home with you and play with the Yellow Balloon!" but the I'll keep trying! anyways, one morning on like 2 hours of sleep i had a HUGE headache and took Excedrin and WOW!! if anyone knows me they know I don't drink soda so wowww shaky but after a little while... ENERGY! so being tired and hurting this week and weekend, Excedrin has become my friend! And ANYA ALLEN is THE BEST at Massage! She lives in our ward and has a portable table and came over last week and IT WAS AMAZING!! it was so nice to be done and then go straight to bed or to the tub! without driving and having to "wake" up to do so! I totally need her again, tweaked my neck Bad and she knows how bad I was to start off with!
P.S. Prays are going out to Jessica and her Family right now! Speedy Recovery Please!!

- OFFICIAL TWILIGHT THE MOVIE NEWS UPDATE -
To all of our wonderful, loyal and fantastic fans -
Thank you from the entire cast & crew for your amazing support of Twilight. You’ve blown away all of our expectations, and we feel so honored to have made a film that means as much to you as it does to us.
Without your passion, interaction and support, this film would not be where it is today -- the #1 movie in America!
From every city, every stop, every interview we have done, you've made this an unbelievable, nearly surreal experience…and so cool that we were all in this together.
We just heard from Summit that we’ll be moving forward on New Moon. We look forward to sharing this next chapter with you!

My crazyness leads to 2 seconds of fame!
http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/news/articles/2008/11/21/20081121twilightbuzz21a1.html
Here is the link to the AZ Republic front page about the twilight premiere I went to on Tuesday but if you are only interested about what i said it's here... "The hardest job ever is to be a mother, and to have another job on top of that is really hard," says Meyer devotee Kristene Bowler, a 28-year-old Gilbert hairdresser who waited in line for 10 hours to nab a seat at the Valley's Twilight premiere. "And as much as I would love to see her at parties, I do understand that she has a family and I do want her to stay home and finish Midnight Sun. We want more - more, more, more." I am SOO glad she put the part of the Midnight Sun!!!
also I Do want to put up a few quotes that azcentral had on their website that was posted way before the the movie cam out that REALLY sums it up!!...by Bill Goodykoontz - Nov. 20, 2008 12:00 AM
The Arizona Republic
Long on looks but short on story and, especially, meaningful dialogue Stewart is a fine actress ,but too often here when she is supposed to appear brooding and aloof she just seems bored. Pattinson, meanwhile, isn't particularly convincing, and his chemistry with Stewart doesn't quite make for the timeless romantic bond that it might have. There are glimpses of how that might have worked better - in the scene where Edward first admits what he is to Bella, for instance. But that's undercut by an awkward sequence in which he shows her what he looks like in the light. He's supposed to sparkle; instead, he looks as if he's covered in blond fur. (Jesse said he looked like a sugar cube!)
Other scenes fall short, as well. The less said about the Cullen family baseball game, for example, the better.
Still, Twilight will doubtless thrill fans of the books, who have long waited for its release. And while it's not a failure, everyone else will wish that the film had, if you'll excuse the expression, a little more bite.
now I cut and pasted this so if you wanna read the rest in which he describes the back drop it is http://www.azcentral.com/ent/movies/articles/2008/11/20/20081120twilight1121.html#comments.
But last night I took my Father-in-law and he liked it but saw how it could have been better too with the things i pointed out that they took out and he wanted more gore! But I did like it more the 2ND time! Seeing how I had already seen it and new the disappointing parts I just enjoyed and laughed this time! Thanks For a good night Calvin!

My Wait contiued...
So We FINALLY got to go in the Movie theater and then I started to get REALLY excited! As i have thought and looked through my movie companion guide and read some press reviews I am just sad! I mean i did like it but it could've been SO MUCH better!! Jesse thought it was great but he had no expectations At all!! What he saw was what he knew! As we watched the movie I was enjoying it but I was having such a hard time with them cutting out certain things!! NOW before you say it,I know I know you can't have all of the scenes or it'd be a four hour movie BUT.... WHY in the world do you cut out GREAT parts of the book and fill it in with stupid stuff!!!Like Bella DOES NOT have a cell phone!! or an IPOD which she is on BOTH ALL the time! And she Makes dinner for Charlie every night because that shows she is older than her years and she is a care taker! But they go to a diner every night for dinner where Stephanie Meyer makes a cameo! When they go to the beach the kids go SURFING!!! um... why? its also the 2ND time meeting Jacob and he DOESN'T tell her that night that Edward is a Vampire! BUT the Flashbacks to the old Era's were SUPER cool! Edward when he first was bitten and Esme too! of and the night they made the treaty in their old fashioned clothes! Also Edwards house is all wrong plus they don't cook food for Bella the first time they "meet" her. Alice only used her "vision's" 2x!! how bummed I was about that! Jasper didn't use his at all! I think he said one line!! Plus the relationship went super fast one day they hated each other, he left and then they were together!the Prom theme GAMBLING? Stephenie allowed that? and the STUPID dirty converse shoes she wore instead of the one beautiful high heel she was supposed to wear? But Kristen Stewart refused and she wouldn't have done the movie if she knew it was going to be so big world wide! The meadow scene was NOT like it was supposed to be at all and the AZ central review totally agrees! I can go on and on but either I am right or I am such a fanatical fan that I can't help but nit pick and I'll never be happy? So you'll have to put your 2 cents in Gigi let me know what you think! Also I didn't put a spoiler alert because this is stuff that was on the Internet, previews, or the movie handbook companion( that I bought while waiting in line for the movie an early B-day gift) . SO I am sorry if I offended anyone! Its stuff I've felt before I saw the movie and there is even MORE now that I have seen it. But will I see it again? Will I buy it when it comes out on DVD? You bet! Happy watching!
My Wait!

SO yesterday Jesse and I waited and spent 12 hours at Harkins Theater!! I won tickets to be the first in the country to see the new Twilight Premiere! I was really nervous about what we would do from 9 am till 7 pm when the movie started! But we had a Great time!!! Jesse went a watched Quantum of Solace and I met some REALLY cool girls in line, we hung out & talked, Serena TRIED to teach be sudoku!, Courtney and I drooled over my Movie Guide with ALL the movie pictures in it!! we took turns holding our spots seeing how we were 1st and 2ND in line!we would go stretch our legs, shop, or get food and trade off! And Serena's sister came all the way from the LA Premiere sorry Launa! Some of the Pictures are pictures of pictures of off the internet, cause they took away our phones so we wouldn't record anything! we were searched and wand ed to make sure! when we got in the movie theater they gave us pictures key chains and some of us won shirts! Including ME, it has the Cullen Crest on it! I was interviewed by the radio station and the News paper! It was so Fun. Everyone loved my Home made shirt which said Team Edward But my Heart belongs to Jesse for Eternity! NOW its Movie time! Finally!! It went by WAY to fast! it was good! I DEFINITELY HAVE TO SEE IT AGAIN!!
P.S. Serena Love my socks and sandles?!? THey made it in the Photo's! I could have cropped them but left them just for you!!

Sweetest Words Ever

Today I heard Jake say the sweetest words ever! Earlier Jake had asked me if he was big enough to go to Baseball school because baseball is his favorite along with golf, soccer and basketball. then Jake came into the kitchen where Jesse and I were cleaning up and Jake and said " Daddio will you please teach me to play baseball?" Jes said sure and as I am blogging right now they are playing together! It makes my heart swell with love and pride that we are a family and love each other and will be together for Eternity! As a child of Divorced parents I never wanted that for my children that is what intrigued me to the Gospel. I know Divorce happens in the Church but everything is done to help make it work. Even if Jesse and I are never blessed with another spirit I am Grateful for the WONDERFUL little boy that MY Heavenly Father gave me! He is such a blessing, and is wonderful at Everything!! And it is hard to argue with him because he is logical and makes valid points; and I am constantly having my breath taken away from me with the things he says like how he remembers my Dad when he lived with Heavenly Father before he came here! I also need to learn Russian because of him! Last night I was trying to ask Dad if he wanted to get in the T U B and Jake yells I wanna get in the TUB!! this isn't the 1st time he has surprised us like that; a few months before he turned 2 I spelled mall to see if Jesse was interested before I announced it but Jake yelled I do!! He knows sign Language and my sister in law says he'll know Spanish so I figured Russian will maybe do the trick! Boy I sure love him!

TURTLES!!

Yes that's right we have turtles! 2 tiny baby water turtles. Jake helped name them, one is Spider man and the other is Squirt! Jake's Papa gave them to us the other day and I have been trying to learn all that I can about them. I need to take them with us to the "free Zoo" ( pet's mart) to know the name of them so I can learn about them. I do know I need a heater for their home when I come downstairs in the morning the tank is freezing!!! if anybody knows about turtles or has had them any tips would help! but aren't they ADORABLE?!?!?!

No Happy Ending Here
Jesse and I have been dying about today! This is such a turning point in our lives and for our children's! After we voted we turned off the TVs and radio, we just couldn't handle the suspense or the blow by blows commentary but we just got a text message from KT AR News Talk Radio that the candidate we had hope would win just conceded!! We have said before that if Obama was elected we had some serious things to consider! I'm sorry if I offend anyone but I am just sick with worry and grief about this!!I can not believe this is happening! I Pray so HARD that we will be OK, for our sake and our children's. Please Pray with us!
