What do you say???

I know it's been forever and a day since I posted... Kind of fell of the bandwagon but I HAD to post to tell whoever's listening about what just happened!! So the other night Jesse was coming home from work to get some clothes to go BACK to work, he's been working SO much BUT I AM THANKFUL!!! trust me!! I am so grateful I put up with it! but it was around midnight on Friday night and he had a blow out on the freeway on our only car, it could have been So much worse! he's lucky he didn't flip or anything but to make matters worse it was on the side of the Freeway and there was no way to move and he had to get out and change it by the busy side with cars rushing by!!Then he couldn't get it jacked up high enough to get the spare under. so he called his Dad in for help but his Dad couldn't get to him cause of where and how dangerous it was! luckily a DPS officer comes and helps him but the spare tire is WAAAY low!! So it was a nightmare non the less. Yesterday was Fast Sunday at church literally as we were walking out Jes got called into work! But I went and ended up bearing my testimony talking about my new calling the Primary Chorister. Today Jesse had the day off so while I was babysitting ( I have been watching 2 great kids 2x a week for extra income) he took the car to get the new tire. Well when we bought the car we opted for the tire insurance because the car's tires are REALLY expensive!! $230.00!! for ONE tire! WE looked it up online so we DEFIANTLY needed the insurance! A few months ago we had 2 bad tires and they gave us THE HARDEST time EVER!! We were told to go to the dealer, so we did then we had to wait 24-48 hrs while they sent out an agent to "look" at it, then they said the dealer was too expensive so they wouldn't pay unless we went to Discount Tire their price is 180. well we went today and they are refusing to pay for this tire!! saying there isn't "Road" damage! whatever.. so Jesse and the discount guy were fighting with the agent ---NO go! Well a guy over heard Jesse explaining to the agent that this is our only car and he is our sole source of income! and that the only option was to leave the car for 24-48 hours but they weren't going to give us a rental and the agent said they won't find "road" damage so it wasn't going to help. The guy came over and asked what was going on and asked Jes if he was married and if he had kids Jesse said yes and it's our only car so this stranger took him inside and paid for our tire!! Jesse called me amazed and shocked and didn't know what to say! What do you say to someone who is a stranger and basically gives you 200$?!?! I mean he said Thank you a million times but that doesn't seem to cut it! he called me and told me he doesn't even know his name. I started sobbing and immediately thanked my Heavenly Father and the 1st thing that popped into my head was Tithing!! I paid my tithing and fast offering yesterday!! I have such a huge testimony for tithing and this is just another example!!! I told Jes to go back in there and thank him for me. The man said not to worry about it; he's a Fireman and does landscaping on the side Jes said he wasn't LDS cause he was swearing like a sailor :) but he just felt a duty to help people out especially in this Economy! And he just asked Jesse to do something in return to someone else if and when he gets the chance! You Bet we will, Pay it Forward!! I know this was a LONG post but I had tell you what this Kindest stranger did for us!! What an amazing person, We know it doesn't matter if he's LDS or not but it was REALLY nice that he did this!!!!!!!!!! I mean we are told tojelp anyone and everyone anytime we cam ALL the time!! so It was So nice that people care! I know i could writ about this ALL night long but I am going to end it on this note, PAY IT FORWARD! Thank you kind stranger you have NO idea what this means to my family and me !!

GOing to Vegas Baby!!

Hey Everyone! I haven't been blogging 4- Ever it seems! I kinda got hooked on my space! But yes it's true I SHOULD be cleaning and packing for Vegas but ummm.. I felt it was my duty to blog!@ People may be sad since it's been so long since I have written anything!! Anyways in keeping with procrastinating I need to clean BADLY!! It's usually a Rule that I clean before we go on vacation because its such a kill joy when you get home and find everything a mess!! but I think that's what's going to happen!! I'll just have to get over it huh? Well some of you know I half grew up in Las Vegas and My Dad's Sister still lives there. Things have been rough ever since I joined the church and she has never met Jake! So we are finally after 4 years going to visit! we are so excited!!! we leave Monday morning!! I hope you all are great and I also want to post Jake's head shots! they turned out way cute!! Also My sister-in-law is doing Photography again for anyone who's interested! Sick, tired and crazy!!

Hey it's been forever but we got sick, Jake had a cold and I had the mild flu but now I have the cold to!! AGH!! But trying to get Christmas goodies to all of you and when I was feeling better I baked it all from scratch over 100 small cupcakes and ginger bread cookies and Karen lees rolls!! But then I got sick and they turned hard and yuck!! So I said off to the store I go to purchase store bought and wrapped them all up, still feeling bad hadn't delivered them yet. Tonight is the Polar Express tradition and when we got home I found that the DOG had eaten almost ALL of the cookies and cupcakes I had wrapped, addressed and ready to go!!!! So I am sorry to say I don't think I am going to make it with goodies this year!! I tried REALLY hard!!!!!!! I even had an earlier baking party but Jake and I ate them all! so I am REALLY sorry, But isn't the thought that counts?!?!?! Christmas Caroling in the neighborhood is going on Monday and I had opened my house after words for cookies and hot chocolate but I don't think it'll happen either due to me being sick and cleaning house and entertaining sounds AWFUL to me (sorry) so blunt!! But when your family is sick and husband's gone from Thur- to Monday night it's just not happening!!So I am recommending we enjoy our hot cocoa while we sing! Keeps us warm anyhow!
On some interesting adventurous news I have been in contact with Demi Lovato, Disney channel princess, Camp rock and she's got her own new show called Sonny with a Chance coming in 2009! Well she informed me they need a little boy like my Jakey for a role as her cousin!! So Jake got his head shots done tonight and we will be sending it in to the casting director ASAP!! the director told her to look for someone young but can talk, I sent over his head shots to her and she said he's exactly what they are looking for and is going to tell the director about him!! I can't believe it so we'll just have to wait and see. There is a TON I have to do to get it all sent in asap they are shooting episode 9 right now and need him by the 13Th episode!! So who knows keep your fingers crossed for us and in your prayers too! And I'll keep you updated if anything happens! Just seems like a fun thing to do and try you all know Jake and his putting on costumes and acting and singing!!! He;s my ham and always has been and always will be! when I get his head shots back I'll post them here! it's so hard to choose just one!! They take one look at that pic and it's make it or break it!! but maybe(fingers crossed) with Demi's help we'll have a better chance! Since we've only been blessed with one child so far, I can spend my time exploring this with him, for him! Merry Christmas to all and plese forgive me of my faults! You've been amazing droping off goodies to us and we just been cooped up here sick!!! We love you all Especially our Savior, we celebrate His birth and how Glorious He is!

Jake says the Darndest Things....

Wanted to put up a few things Jake has said to me in the Last 2 days..
During Thanksgiving Dinner after we got our food and sat down Jake was so happy and excited he turned to me and said.. " Mom this is a GREAT date! This is a #1 date, like when you went out with Daddio to see the Vampire movie but that was #2."

After we ate we watched the football game on TV and Demi LoVaTo was on singing the National Anthem and he turns to me and says.. "She's looks like a princess like you Mommy"

Last night I put him in bed and a little bit later he asks for a drink. I go in his room with his drink and finds all kinds of toys in his bed, I asked him how they all got in his bed and with a shrug of his shoulders he says.." Beats me?"

Now you know why I love him so much! This is just the tip of the ice berg! I hope that you have someone like him that brings so much joy to you as he does to me!

When Jake Gives you lemons... Make Lemonade

Today I am feeling very emotional! I am planning our FHE lesson on being grateful and the meaning of Thanksgiving. Not feeling well and I have so much on my mind with friends and family that i can;t control my emotions! I have ALWAYS been a crier but I have fought to control it especially to not be sad in front of Jake! It effects him deeply. But these last few days and church and thinking of family in the upcoming days my tears are coming out! Jake saw me sad and said he wanted to make me feel better so he said he'd give me a present!."close your eyes, and hold out your hands" and in them he placed 2 lemons plucked from our tree in our backyard. So there you have it, When Jake gives you lemons, make lemonade! He is my Hero! My Son! He's always looking on the bright side, happy and can't help but be happy with him or help make him happy! Tells his feelings, tries new things, is himself, is courteous and always thinks of others! Constantly compliments me and he's MINE forever! how blessed I am to be his Mother! It is an honor to fulfill my Duty and teach him and to love him. He is what I am most thankful for in this world! I hope everyone can experience the joy in which he brings me on a daily basis!

Funny, uplifting and RE:"NOT a CRAZY person!"

OK, so ya I am so Random and I am not going to post all my craziness because then I will be more of a crazy person then I have become! But it was ALL for you Jessica! I am so glad my bold, Randomness, "crazy",& reading material was able to help! Actually it helped me too! I totally miss being or more precise trying to be FUNNY! I LOVE to make people laugh! I always think of my Dad! He was so sure I would do stand up like he did! I did it a couple of times in his bar growing up in Vegas but now I am boring and have nothing "funny" to talk about! but today I LOADED up for ya Jes! he thought that I'd either do stand up, acting or singing or more modeling like I did when I was younger that he got me into. I guess my dreams died right along with him in 95. And now I am untrained, not pretty anymore and too boring to do any of those things! Even working in a Salon, my costumers or fellow workers just swarmed around to "hear" what I was going to say this day...In High school I was THE class clown everywhere, bold, out going and just crazy and ready to do ANYTHING! ESPECIALLY make anyone laugh! tonight I was laughing so hard I was crying and I truly think laughter is THE best medicine!!! Guess what Jess.... I have 2 friends NOW!!!!!!! Love ya... keep getting better!!

NEED CAFFENIE!!

OK, since twilight came out this week I feel like it was how it was when I first read the Books!! ( Thanks BREE I LOVE YOU!!!!) i have either been standing in line for 12 hours or staying up all night or waking up WAY early to be 1st in line and let me tell you... DO NOT come over! My house has suffered GREATLY but Alyson I'm looking at the YELLOW Balloons! actually with Jesse being gone over the weekends for work Jake is HATING going to church and his reason today... "I wanna stay home with you and play with the Yellow Balloon!" but the I'll keep trying! anyways, one morning on like 2 hours of sleep i had a HUGE headache and took Excedrin and WOW!! if anyone knows me they know I don't drink soda so wowww shaky but after a little while... ENERGY! so being tired and hurting this week and weekend, Excedrin has become my friend! And ANYA ALLEN is THE BEST at Massage! She lives in our ward and has a portable table and came over last week and IT WAS AMAZING!! it was so nice to be done and then go straight to bed or to the tub! without driving and having to "wake" up to do so! I totally need her again, tweaked my neck Bad and she knows how bad I was to start off with!
P.S. Prays are going out to Jessica and her Family right now! Speedy Recovery Please!!
